A little update on my Gemini for the Knit City KAL: I'm loving the way it's turning out! This Sweetgeorgia Merino Silk seems to be a great match to the pattern. I really enjoyed knitting the top since there is some diversity, but I'm one of those people who gets really bored with stockinette stitch so I'm not picking this up as much as I should be. Regardless, it's coming along and I'm about to go spend the afternoon with the hubs at the park where I'll be hopefully getting another good chunk of this done. It's really hot here in Montreal (this is a good thing) and the humidity is definitely getting worse (this is a bad thing). I'm really missing Vancouver these days, and the fact that Danny will arrive there a month before me in July won't make my homesickness any better. Better get some more projects underway to distract me. I'm about to cast on this for a baby shower next week and then I'm thinking about this for when I'm done my Gemini.
